Gentle flow with Yoga Nidra Starting again in October
This class is dedicated for those who need to slow down a bit, pause and reconnect. The combination of calm movements, breath-work and meditation will ease your body and mind. The class ends with yoga nidra which is a form of deep guided relaxation that helps to soothe the nervous system and return to the centre.
