Mindfulness offers a range of different techniques for increased presence, awareness and compassion.
In the groups we will meditate together, practicing our awareness on our breath and body for improved presence. This groups are for everyone, beginners or real life yogis as we share and learn together. Welcome
Saturdays 18 pm Starting 21/9
Gentle flow with Yoga Nidra
This class is dedicated for those who need to slow down a bit, pause and reconnect. The combination of calm movements, breath-work and meditation will ease your body and mind. The class ends with yoga nidra which is a form of deep guided relaxation that helps to soothe the nervous system and return to the centre.

Participate in our yoga and meditation classes for 300kr per month.
200 kr per month for one of the classes weekly. In 200 & 300 kr per month you get free access to all the other programs of mindfulness home and become a member. You can pay directly in Mindfulness Home, Nobelvägen 11.
